How to add this signature to Outlook
Pick whichever method matches how you use Outlook.
A Permanent signature (classic Outlook desktop) Recommended
- In Outlook, click File in the top-left corner.
- At the bottom of the left menu, click Options.
- In the Outlook Options window, select Mail.
- Under Compose messages, click Signatures….
- Click New, name it KGRN, type any character in the box, and click OK (then OK again to close Options).
- Back on this page, click Download for Outlook to save KGRN Signature.htm.
- Fully close Outlook. Then press
Win + R, paste %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures and click OK.
- You will see three KGRN files — .htm, .rtf and .txt.
- Right-click the KGRN … .htm file › Open with › Notepad, and choose Just once.
- Select that KGRN … .htm file (the Chrome HTML / .htm one).
- Also open the downloaded KGRN Signature.htm in Notepad, press
Ctrl + A then Ctrl + C. Switch to the folder's KGRN.htm, select all, paste over it and Save. Delete KGRN.rtf and KGRN.txt — Outlook regenerates them.
- Reopen Outlook › Signatures… and under Choose default signature set KGRN for New messages and Replies/forwards.
- Or pick it for individual emails from a new message via Insert › Signature › KGRN.
B Quick paste (Outlook on the web / new Outlook)
- Click Copy Signature above.
- Open Settings › Mail › Compose and reply (web) or Signatures (new Outlook).
- Create a new signature and paste with
Ctrl + V. Fonts, colors and logos are embedded, so it pastes fully formatted.
